When should I be screened?


16-20 years

  • Pap smear if determined to be necessary by the physician
  • Chlamydia screening if sexually active
  • HPV vaccination

  • Cholesterol check every 5 years if normal
  • Chlamydia screening if sexually active

  • 35-40 years
